Project Description
The "Land of Egypt" consists of a group of recreational parks, gardens, and pedestrian walks that start at the GEM site and extend for 2.5 KM to the Pyramids Plateau. It contains a collection of local plants , trees, palm, and shrubs that were popular in ancient Egypt. It also accommodates areas for street life activities such as areas for festivities to support music shows, dancing shows, side walk cafes, and take away food and beverage kiosks. The pleasant weather shinning sun, and cooling water features should attract visitors to this form of street life common in European cities such as the Ramblas in Spain, the Champs Elysees in Paris, the Gardens of Versailles, and the Washington Mall.
